Complaints/Service – Repair/Actual Error
In case of product reclamation, we will carry out all procedures in order to provide you with a functioning product as soon as possible.
In case you have purchased a defective product, a defective product, or that your new product has just been purchased and you returned the product within 14 days, we will provide this product if there is no trace of use and damage immediately replaced with the same product under the conditions of product replacement (the returned goods must be returned by the buyer undamaged, in the unchanged quantity and in the original packaging and with all the relevant documentation and invoice). In the event that we do not have the same product, we will, at your option, either replace the product with another equivalent product, replace it with a more expensive product at your surcharge, send the product for repair to our authorized service center, or return the refund.
In the event that a product that has a warranty on performance is damaged, please provide us with an exact description of the defect. We will deliver the product to our authorized service for inspection and repair. The deadline for returning the repaired product is statutory, for a maximum of 45 days from the date of receipt of the product. If we do not fix the product at this time, we will replace it with a new identical product or return a refund.
In case you find a material error on the product, please let us know and give us the product. The error message should describe the error more accurately and allow us to review the product (the product will be reviewed at our authorized service center). In 8 days, we will be about this or a real mistake or is not dispute in writing with the explanation.
In the event that the error is not in dispute, we will offer one or more of the following options in relation to the error: eliminating the error, repaying the amount paid in proportion to the error, replacing the goods or returning the purchase price.
Products that we accept for repair with us are kept for 6 months, if you do not pick up the product within 6 months after repair, you will not be fed after that date, and the takeover will no longer be possible.
Customer’s Right to withdraw from the Contract
The customer has the right to communicate to the seller within 14 days of the receipt of the articles that he rescinds the contract without having to state the reason for his decision. The deadline begins to be counted one day after the date of the acquisition of the items.

All shipping costs when returning products are covered by the customer!
The customer must return the item to the seller undamaged and unchanged. The customer of articles must not freely use until the cancellation of the contract. The customer may carry out the inspection and testing of items to the extent necessary to determine the actual situation. The customer is responsible for reducing the value of the goods if the reduction is a consequence of the behavior that is not strictly necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and operation of the goods.
The item must be returned to the seller no later than within 30 days of the sending of the cancellation message (purchase).
The customer does not have the right to withdraw from the contracts for which the article is manufactured according to the exact instructions of the customer, which was adapted to his personal needs, which by his nature is not suitable for repayment, which is very perishable or has already expired best before.
The refund of the paid-in payments will be made as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days from the receipt of the notice of withdrawal. In order to ensure the certainty, accuracy, and timeliness of the return and provide a record of payments, the refund of the payment to the buyer is made exclusively by transfer to his transaction account.
It’s not possible to refund a cash payment!
In the case of withdrawal from the contract where the bonus, discount code or promotional code was used, these funds are considered discounted and are not returned to the user.
Only the paid amount is returned to the client Bank account. The gift voucher shall be considered as a means of payment when it is canceled and returned to the user as a gift voucher and only the paid amount is returned to the client Bank account.
The right to repayment of the purchase price in the event of a warranty claim and factual error is more precisely regulated by the provisions of the Customer Protection Act.
All items at the YETAC SHOP online store have a warranty if indicated on the warranty card or on the invoice. Also, the document identifies the exact date of the warranty, which may vary depending on the type of item itself.
The only exceptions are articles in which the product description itself is stated elsewhere on the YETAC SHOP website. In this case, the buyer can contact FALX d.o.o., which will provide him with accurate information.
The warranty is valid taking into account the instructions on the warranty card and when submitting an invoice.
We reserve the right to refuse a guarantee, in the following cases:
- The warranty stamp has been removed.
- The product was opened by the customer and there are signs of possible repairs on it.
- The product has been changed (upgraded).
- The product has been used in a manner inconsistent with its intended use.
- The product has been maintained with non-recommended and unverified products, which causes the increase of intensity to the factory parts from which the product is assembled.
The warranty does not cover the following:
- Mechanical damage (scratches, fractures, material wear, internal component breaks, etc.).
- Balls of balls in pipes, due to the use of non-quality balls (for Airsoft replicas and air guns).
- Damage to those parts of Gearbox that were not installed from the authorized service site (for airsoft replicas).
- Injuries due to neglect by the user.
- Damage due to improper maintenance.
- Natural wear of material such as Hop-Up Rubber, Motor brush, Various Connections, gas valves, rubber parts, etc.
- Natural wear of material in moving parts on airsoft replicas and air guns such as wearing locks and parts on pistols, wear parts in gearboxes replica, etc.
- The power of nature.
Products not subject to warranty
FALX d.o.o. and it’s online store YETAC SHOP do not offer warranty for consumables and products program below:
- Gases of all kinds
- Oils and lubricants
- BBs & Airgun ammunition
- Other consumables
In the event of a warranty claim, the buyer will cover all costs of shipping of the product to the seller. The buyer is obliged to provide suitable packaging and packaging for transport in the case where it is shown that the product must be handled with care.
FALX d.o.o. is not responsible for the damages that occur in the above case.
In the event that FALX d.o.o. receives a damaged package from the buyer’s side from which it is evident that the damage was caused by the transport itself, FALX d.o.o. rejects such a package and informs the customer thereof.
